I could not log into OBIEE

Hey techyv experts,

I just upgraded my browser to newest version Firefox 10 and all of a sudden observed that I am not able to log into OBIEE. I capable of still use BI Publisher, but not Analytics. I positioned a snapshot of what I have gotten as an alternative.

Oracle Support told that if I want a fix right at the moment, delight gets in touch with Oracle Support which be able to ask for a one-off patch suitable for my system’s environment.

But Firefox 10 support is scheduled for the next release or the 11.1.1.5 patch bundle. I located a patch on Oracle Support but it is only for Windows 32 Bit: Patch 12877995.

Can I still use this?

You have problem regarding Mozilla Firefox that you can’t open the Oracle Business Intelligence in browser. So I am suggesting you to download the Google Chrome and install it. In Google Chrome Oracle web page is perfectly appears.  Download from: https://filehippo.com/download_google_chrome/

Hi Jhon Anderson,

 

You are encountering not a huge trouble. You can solve this following solution:

 

1. You can upgrade the version of your internet browser. I mean, you can update Firefox browser. The latest version of Firefox is 17.0.1.

2. You can use another browser like Google Chrome, Opera, Safari etc. Except the Firefox.

3. You also need to be sure that your firewall is not restricting browser to visit the website.
