I cannot utilize properly the Microsoft Word installed

I cannot utilize properly the Microsoft Word installed in my computer because of this problem: 

How can I fix this?

I have tried to Repair it but it still did not seem to work.

An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning

properly. Please run Setup and select "Repair…."to restore this

application.

I cannot utilize properly the Microsoft Word installed

Hi Melissa,

First login as administrator and try to repair Microsoft office.

Follow these steps to repair Microsoft office.

Open control panel and select program and feature and then select Microsoft office as shown in below image.

Right click on Microsoft office and then click on change and then select repair and continue as shown in below image.

If the problem still persists download and run any windows cleanup utility and then try to repair Microsoft office.
