I cannot restart my xampp offline web platform installer

Hello Guys! I have been coding on an online platform for some time. Lately I changed to xampp as my offline web platform installer. After the installation, I realized that I am not able to restart the xampp cpanel. It gives me errors saying – Status Check OK, Busy… ERROR: -1. How do I solve this?

Laura,

Xampp shows your error status check Ok, because when we use Skype and Xampp at same time. For example you start your computer and login into Skype and at same time you want to run Xampp but its shows you some error this is because Xampp and Skype both use port 80 for use in/out data. Please sign out first Skype and then run Xampp. I hope your problem will be solved by doing that.
