I cannot play all music from my playlist

Hello! I would like to seek an advice on this matter. When I was listening to my playlist, a message suddenly popped out when it reached a certain music: “[PLAYLISTMGR] Playlist entry [music/Maryzark – fourtwo.mp3] is not supported.” I wonder why it is like that. All the songs in my playlist do have the same format. I even tried reconverting that particular file just to verify that it is indeed the right mp3 format but still the same error occurred. Please help me. Thank you.

Well, if the other files that you have on your computer are able to play properly using the MP3 player that you are using, then the problem is with the specific file that is resulting to the error when you execute. That file may be in a format that is not supported by the music player that you are using, and therefore I will suggest that you try using another player to open it and see if it will play well. In case it does not, you will need to obtain a software that will help you convert the file into an MP3 format, and I will recommend for you the Xilisoft converter which you can download for free from the internet.
