I can’t log in on Microsoft Partners Network

Hi.  My desktop was recently attacked by a virus.  I have already deleted that virus using Avast.  All seems ok until I was logging in at Microsoft Partners Network web page.  I could not log in because I'm having the wrong username error.  Could the virus have caused this?

Hi Dorothy,

Not at all, not every log in problem is caused by a virus, it may cause by a wrong password or a wrong format.

Check your operating system for that matter. You could also try to recover your password and username and change it.

Try also changing your anti virus software, i suggest Norton anti virus for that matter. Good Day

I could be you inputted wrong username or password. Or I could be the it's the page error. Try to recover your username or password and changed it. If it doesn't work after those changes, try to contact customer service for any of the difficulties. But, surely it's not about the virus. Hope this will guide you most.
