I can’t connect to 4G network.

Hello experts,

I am unable to connect to my mobile phone's 4G network. I am connecting on my school and I tried everything to connect, but I just can't. Until someone informs me that there is an issue with iDEN and Wi-Max and it is currently under construction. I am residing at Portland Oregon but the school tell me that I am the only one that encounters the same issue. How can I connect through 4G?

I can’t connect to 4G network.

Hi!

Here am I to provide you with some solutions that can helps you to solve this connectivity problem.

First of all, I want to ask you simple question, do you use wireless coverage available around you? You should make sure that there is strong 4G internet connection around you.

If there is strong 4G internet connection but the problem still occurred, you must activate your service plan. You can activate your service plan by connecting your phone with either wifi connection or service plan with AT&T.

If problem still occurred, you must make sure that wireless connectivity is enabled.

Otherwise, please restart your phone. Maybe your phone will return back to normal.
