I cannot find scanner of my PC.

When connecting my MUSTAK scanner to my computer using their software disk instructions, why does it say "program could not find any available destinations to which scans can be sent"?

It suggests reinstalling the software, and or rebooting.

I did both, with no success.

Dear Kahmed,

So you're asking that "why does it say program could not find any available destinations to which scans can be sent"?,

There are two possible reasons why it happens:

1.  The scanner was not successfully installed in your computer                                                                                                          

2.  You don't have enough space for new device in your computer.Since you said that you did it with the CD instruction, it means that the result should be good, but because of that message it stops the good performance of the scanner. I have a few recommendations and it's up to you whether you will take this or not.

Recommendations:

1. Delete some device that has been installed in your computer, that is or are not important to give space in your system.              
2. Check your device manager if the scanner was successfully installed.                                                                                                    
3. Check your device and printer, if you can't see the scanner, try to installed it using the manual process, like connecting the scanner directly to your system.                                                                                                                                                                              
4. Ask for a help in your friend or site where you can see that brand. Or consult a technician. .
