I am trying to connect my Blackberry to my network

I am trying to connect my Blackberry to my network wirelessly but it doesn't seem to connect.

I tried it on a hotspot and it does the same thing. Is there an update for Blackberry phones? How can I update it myself?

I am trying to connect my Blackberry to my network

Updating the Blackberry device does help eliminate incompatibility issues. This fixes problem with Internet connection connecting to the wireless network, in Wi-Fi free hotspot of home networking.

* Connect the device to the USB Mac Computer or Windows
* Go to BlackBerry Desktop Manager in the Application Folder
* Click Backup at the very top of BlackBerry Desktop Software then an instructions will guide you through
* Then click Applications and Start the software
* Click Updates and perform the steps in selecting the new versions, click Show other Versions.

I am trying to connect my Blackberry to my network

Here is a procedure to help you troubleshoot the wireless network connection problems that your blackberry device is having:

1. You will need to open the BlackBerry device, and then in the device options, you will click on Wi-Fi Connections.
2. You will then Press the Menu key.
3. And then you will click Wi-Fi Tools followed by Wi-Fi Diagnostics.
4. You will need to verify the information in the status fields for the following connection groups:
   • Wi-Fi
   • VPN
   • UMA/GAN
   • BlackBerry Infrastructure
   • Enterprise
5. In case you need to have a look at more diagnostic information, then you will need to press the Menu key and then click Options. You will then locate the Display Mode drop-down list, and from the choose Advanced.
