I have in trouble from today’s morning, while I used to charge up my iPad and battery level 91 percent, unplugged this. After that I didn’t open. I tried them all ESP pressing the power and the menu button at the same time in minutes. I also tried to connect it to PC, but nothing happened. I want to need your help. Thank You

Try any of the below steps:

Option 1: Force your iPad so that it starts in Recovery Mode – make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your pc

  • With your iPad turned off, connect the USB cable to the computer (don’t plug the other side into iPad  just yet)
  • Press and hold the Home button while connecting the other end of the cable to the iPad
  • Carry on holding the Home button and you will see a message on the screen saying “Connect to iTunes”
  • Let go of the Home button and open iTunes
  • You will see a message on iTunes saying something like “iTunes has detected an iPad in Recovery Mode”
  • Restore your iPad from within iTunes

Please note that you might have to repeat this a few times to get this to work.

Option 2 – Run a program called ReiBoot (you can download the free trial here)

  • Connect your iPhone to your pc via the USB cable
  • Run the ReiBoot program that you downloaded
  • Click on the “Enter Recovery Mode” button
  • Click on the “Exit Recovery Mode” button
  • Your iPad will reboot
  • Once the iPad has restarted, please update your OS to the latest version

Option 3

  • Press and hold the Power and Home buttons down together for about 20 seconds. The Apple logo should appear on the screen and you can release the buttons
  • If the above doesn’t work, plug the iPad into the wall socket and charge it for 15 – 25 minutes first – then repeat the above step
