I am experiencing difficulties double clicking on a local D drive

Hello there,

I am experiencing difficulties double clicking on a local D drive. Each time I click on it, it tells me to choose a program to open it. How do I solve this issue?

I cannot open the local D drive and I do not know which program to use.

Hi Joycedparker,

Many people are also experiencing your problem. You can solve this problem in 4 easy steps. First, you need to click the 'Start' button then click 'Run'. Then type this into the run menu –> regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

And then press 'Ok'. You will get a message saying:

Hopefully after this, you will have solved your problem.
