I always got a Skype green screen on mac. What is the main cause of the green screen error I am getting in my dell computer with an operating system of mac. I am bothered while chatting on Skype for the green screen is very annoying it appears every 4 to 5 minutes. I hope you can help me resolve this problem.

As I have searched, that error was not only for mac users, even in htc android phone users, get the same error. So there's no problem in your computer, the error is exclusive from Skype. Upon reviewing the threads, a Skype customer service specialist said that the solution for that issue has been developed.
Unfortunately, they don't know the exact date on when it will be available because the solution needs to undergo testing for several devices before it will be released. And all we have to do is wait for it. If you have further questions, you can contact the Skype customer service.Â

It is a common type of problem of Skype in mac. If you had this experience with the green screen problem, you can try a reset first:
1. Go to System Preference, and then Software Update. Update everything
2. Shut down your computer and remove the power plug from the outlet.
3. Remove the computer’s battery and wait for a few minutes.
4. Place the battery back and turn the power on
5. Try the Photo Booth again.
