Huawei Ascend G6 operating problems?

Hi guys, I buyed huawei ascend G6 because it supports 4G so thought why not to try it but guess what came as a surprise is its operating is so hard I mean touchscreen problems is it beacuse lack in quality or does it have to do anything with storage. What you guys say what I should try to fix this

Huawei Ascend G6 operating problems?

The Huawei Ascend G6 supports only 2G and 3G networks and uses a SIM card. It was announced on February 2014 and released on May of the same year. It measures 130 x 65 x 7.5 millimeters and weighs 115 grams. It has an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 540 x 960 pixels screen resolution. It supports multi-touch with Huawei Emotion UI 2.0 Lite.

It runs on 1 GB RAM with 4 GB internal storage. It has a microSD card slot expandable up to 32 GB. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, and microUSB 2.0. The primary camera supports 8 megapixels at 3264 x 2448 pixels resolution featuring autofocus, touch focus, face detection, LED flash, geo-tagging, and panorama.

It can record video in 720p and has a secondary camera with 5 megapixels. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean powered by Quad Core 1.2 GHz processor. It has built-in proximity, compass, and accelerometer sensors and has added support for Java. It supports HTML for internet browsing. It costs around 250 EUR.

Huawei Ascend G6 operating problems?

Hi there, 

The Huawei Ascend G6 has 4 GB internal memory with a quite good display but not the best one available in the market obviously. The touch screen problems related to it cannot be fixed by us you need to take it to the service center and if not then the problem is there in the device but it cannot be addressed as the problem it is the low quality and minimum feature of the device.
