HP LaserJet 3015 Error: Could Not Communicate with HP Scanning Software

Hello experts,

I use an HP LaserJet 3015 and using USB all are connected to my computer. Also I am running Windows Xp.

I found 3015 Error"unable to communicate with hp scanning software",

I want to fix it. Need a solution. Please.

HP LaserJet 3015 Error: Could Not Communicate with HP Scanning Software

Are you using the front or the back USP ports. Please do connect the printer to the behind USB ports and restart the printer .should be able to work

HP LaserJet 3015 Error: Could Not Communicate with HP Scanning Software

Cause of the problem

When installing the HP Photo and Imaging software, Windows XP may end up setting the HP Director to run in the compatibility mode following versions of windows:95/98/Me/2000.

Solution

You will have to turn off the Windows 95, Windows 98/Me, Windows 2000 compatibility mode for the HP Director software as follows:

• First you will right-click the HP Director icon, and then you will choose Properties.

• Click on the Compatibility tab and then get rid of the check mark that is at the Run this program in compatibility mode.

• Apply the settings and then OK. That should help solve the problem.

Try downloading a free software driver for , hp laserjet 3015. You can Google " free software driver for HP Laserjet 3015". After you download, then you install the program following the instructions, and use this program to help your printing.
