HP Digital sending software error

Hi,

 

I have HP printer and other products and trying to configure using HP Digital Sending Software but during the configuration process the operation failed. I searched online solution for this error but I could not find anything. I have used all ways to resolve this issue but I extremely need your help.

Hi Lucien,

This happens when the DSS server is not able to communicate with the domain controller using the IPv6. Try the below steps and check if that resolves the situation:

  1. Reboot the computer in safe mode with networking and try the task
  2. Change the domain controller in the configuration section
  3. On the server running the HP DSS, disable the IPv6 in the network properties
