HP All in One Printer, Copier Not Working

I have an HP All in one Printer. It is a printer, scanner and a copier also. I am trying to use the copier but it is not working. When I hit on the copy button, it does nothing. Even if I restart the printer the effect is still the same. The two features is perfectly working except for the copy feature. Please provide a step-by-step guide on how I can fix this. Thanks.

Hello Robert,

You should check on your HP All in one printer and ensure that it has been set in the photocopier mode. The problem could be that your printer is set in the printer mode and therefore cannot work in the photo copier mode.

Another possible cause of the problem will be that the drivers that you installed are not working properly; either they have compatibility problems with the current operating systems. I will advice that you uninstall the drivers and install them again, and see if that will help you solve the problem.

If the problem persists you will have to contact the customer support from the dealer  you bought the HP printer from. They should help you if you still have the warranty.
