How to use a Toshiba clone utility

I was asked to use a toshiba clone utility and I do not know where to start. I need to clone a partition on the hard drive of a pc and I have toshiba to do it.

Please provide some more details about your toshiba computer so we can help you use a clone utility and for you to know where to start. 

However, this is my suggestion regarding your problem. 

My suggestion is rather cloning your hard drive, I often have an external device to back up my files. It is more easier to do than clone a partition on your hard drive.
