Hi Experts,

I want to use software shred file slack.I having data which need to be shredded using software.So to keep remove files unwanted but to delete them securely I am in need of a software.Any volunteer help me in this.Thanks.

If you are looking for software that can make your files unrecoverable when you deleted it, simply install shred deleted files applications such as Free File Shredder or File Shedder v2.

Using such applications can ensure you that unwanted and deleted files from your memory cannot be recovered even if you use file recovery tools.

Hi Moss,

If you are using a Windows PC, you can download File Shredder from http://download.cnet.com/File-Shredder/3000-2144_4-10662831.html, this is a top rated free software download.  The application will completely delete or shred any selected file and will be unrecoverable.  Tests have shown that there were no remaining parts of files after they were shredded.  Hope this helps.

Another application you could use, but requires a complete hard disk format is Active@ Kill Disk – Hard Drive Eraser, you can download this from
