Please someone can tell me how to use quran app for apple macbook, because i am not familiar with macbook yet, if someone had used it, please share here

You can use the Mac App store to download the apps you want, after downloading them, you can use them. I will recommend to you the website PakData.com. The version 1.2 has audio and repetition features, you can also get the translation of Holy Quran, ayah are also highlighted. Here is a screen shot of this app which taken after downloading it:
