Hi,
I am using Microsoft Outlook Express. My mailboxes are reached to two GB memory. I have very important mails in my mail box. I  do not  want to delete any mail. When I receive or write any mail, it occurs the error message saying delete some mails to free memory. I heard about the repairing tool outlook express 2gb repair, but I don't know how to use it to fix the Outlook Express  2Gb limit problem. Please if anyone knows about that issue, please solve it.

1. Go Repair Tool for Outlook Express (download) so you extract the messages from the Outlook Express folder to the Windows folder.

2. Then, delete the Inbox.dbx file.  At the next Outlook Express startup, the Inbox.dbx file will be recreated and it will be empty. Heres how to find out where Outlook Express stores DBX files.
Go to start Outlook Express and click Tools,  then Options, Maintenance and then Store Folder.

3. You can import your messages from the Windows folder to the Outlook Express folder. For you to import messages, just drag and drop them to the OE folder. Make sure you do not drag all files at once, but do it in parts or you will get the same 2Gb problem again.

For example, you can select like half of the messages in the Windows folder and drag them to the OE folder, then view these messages in Outlook Express and deleteor move the unneeded ones.  similarly drag the remaining messages
