I have a good solution to you, foxy photo editor is good for all of photo edit or make and create stun. you may use it as a fun or professional work.
keep the program on your PC desktop and open it to start the task.
Then go to top of the screen file option, and edit or available as your wish
add your selected pictrure, if you think to touch it add brush to retouch
there are lots of option to edit like rotate, watermark, title, shapes, horizontal or size by increase- decrease.
anything you can want to publish by color management.
