Hi Experts,

I am an iPhone user, I used active sync to work with my friends.

I am receiving too many junk emails. But the real problem is that, the junk emails are not shown in outlook 2003.

Can you guide me, how to avoid from junk emails?

I am looking for active sync spam filter to stop removing the junk E-mails from my Inbox and stop receiving them.

Have someone experienced this same problem with his iPhone?

How to use activesync spam filter to avoid+B8556 junk emails?

Hello Jayden, you are facing this problem because your iPhone active sync is considering the junk mails as an inbox messages instead of filtering them like in your outlook 2003.

In order to solve this problem, please log into the exchange Outlook Web Access (OWA) and then navigate to the “Block or Allow” panel. You will find it under Mail options. Now, check “Automatically filter junk e-mail” under Junk E-Mail Settings and finally save the settings.
