What site can I upload a 4GB video file without getting any issues? Most of the sites I tried has a problem on uploading process so can anyone tell me where and how I can download a 4GB video file. Thank you.

Hello

There  are various cloud-based websites which enables you to upload everything including big video files. I will name some of them: 

https://www.dropbox.com/

https://www.ubuntu.com/

etc. Also you can upload it on YouTube or Vimeo and save it there for as long as you wish. Of course, all of these sites are free to use, so try them and see which one is best for you.
