Hi. To learn how to upgrade Microsoft Office 2003 to 2010, first, open the control panel, then add or remove programs, select MS-Office from the list of programs, click on change, select on reinstall and then click on next. Detect and repair and then install the repair tool.
Then, to upgrade to Office 2010, open the control panel, click on programs and finally select the programs and features option. Then, open MS Office 2010, click on change, repair and continue to follow the prompts and then after the repair gets finished, try syncing again.
