I have brought new Inspiron 11 3000 Series Touch Screen Laptop, in which I am using Windows 8. Is there an option to turn off Touch, also do let me know about, how to turn on touch in Windows 8. Waiting to hear from experts.

You can disable touch control for Windows 8 by following steps:
1. Click Winkey + Q
2. Type Control Panel
3. Go to Hardware and sound  > Device Manager > Human Interface Devices
4. Select the driver for touch screen. You may see more than one USB input device, try disabling enabling each one of them to track the touch input. Generally te third in the list is the touch input.
5. Right click to disable the driver. This will disable the touch screen and you can enable it by the same method.
