To work in safe mode with Internet Explorer follow the given steps below.
1. Open the start menu.
2. Search run.
3. Type CMD and press enter.
4. To get back to c drive type cd/
5. Type ‘ C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe” –extoff’ and press enter.
Working with Internet Explorer safe mode increases the stability of the browsing and also solves the loading error of the browser.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, if you want to work safely like privately and you don’t want your browsing activities to be stored on the computer, you don’t need to start the browser from the command line. You can use Microsoft Internet Explorer’s private browsing feature which is the equivalent of “Incognito” in the Google Chrome web browser.
To enable private browsing in Microsoft Internet Explorer, start Microsoft Internet Explorer normally then on the browser press CTRL + SHIFT + P to activate “InPrivate” browsing. This should open a new window of Microsoft Internet Explorer in private browsing mode. Exit the previous window of Microsoft Internet Explorer and continue working using the InPrivate browsing-enabled window. This will protect your browsing activities from getting stored on the computer.
Once you close the window when you are finished, your browsing history will be deleted.
