Hi, Windows update error 80246008 occurs when it has an issue with installation or update folder.

To fix this error follow the following steps:-

  1. Go to accessories present on all programs.
  2. After defining the path type the command given below

“sc create BITS binpath= “c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs” start= delayed-auto“

  1. Then, go to services in the control panel. Locate the BITS service and start the reboot.
