Hello, learners. The 0x800700b Windows 10 error occurs because of the corrupt entry in the system log file. It is simple to solve this error, follow the below methods.
Method 1:
Reset the file system log.
• Go to the windows search box, type command prompt, right-click on it and open the command prompt as an administrator.
• Enter this “fsutil resource setautoreset true C:/” command and hit the enter button.
• Next, reboot your PC.
• Then try installing or activating Windows 10 on your PC.
Method 2:
• In the Windows search box, type cmd, right-click on it, run the command prompt as an administrator.
• Type the following command and hit enter.
“slmgr.vbs –ipk YYYYY- YYYYY – YYYYY – YYYYY – YYYYY.”
Replace the ‘y’ alphabet, with the system product key.
• In the next line, enter the following command and hit enter.
“slmgr.vbs –ato”
• Reboot your system and try activating Windows 10.
