How To Manage Exchange 2007 Mailbox Limits While Working

If you want to quote some storage space for exchange 2007 mailbox limits then you should follow a particular procedure. First and foremost, you must be a delegate of exchange server administration or local administration related to servers to perform the particular task. Steps to be followed are –

1.) Start Exchange management console and click server configuration > mailbox.

2.) Select the server that contains data related to the mailbox so that you can quote storage and click properties.

3.) Click limits tab in the properties section. In the limits field, go to the storage filed and manage some fields that are –

A) Issue warning at KB

B) Prohibit send at KB

C) Prohibit send and receive at KB

D) Warning message interval

4.) Click ok after completing the above-listed steps.
