Hello everyone, I want to create a drawing from an image. Please provide me the steps to make cartoons from pictures from Photoshop. Thanks in advance for the help.
To convert a picture into cartoon effect, the picture should be of fine quality.
Follow the steps.
1. Create the duplicate layer of the picture.
2. Open Filters, click on Blur then hit on Smart blur.
3. Create a new duplicate of the last replica of the picture.
4. Go to filters, then click on the sketch and then Photocopy.
5. Go to Filter, then click on the artist and hit on the cutout.
