Hello, I have been using Microsoft Outlook so many days, recently I’m facing an error 0x80040111 00000000 00000000 in outlook. I’m not able to send any emails. Please help me with the issue. Thank you.

Hello, Looking for the cause and solution for the error 0x80040111 00000000 00000000 in outlook. Here it is.

The cause of this error is the address book is not updated in outlook. Follow the below steps to fix it.

Method 1:

Update the address book.

• Go to send/receive, click on send or receive groups, next select download address book.
• In the older versions of Outlook, the address book will be found in the tools bar.
• Click on ok.
This method resolves the issue. If it is not solved, go for the next technique.

Method 2:

Deleting offline address books.

• Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.
• Select and delete them.
• Close and reopen outlook once again.
