How To Fix The 3049 Cannot Open Database Error In MS Access 2016?

There is a built-in repair tool in Access that can help you fix the 3049 cannot open database error.

Method 1

a. Open Access.
b. Go to Tools.
c. Click on Database Utilities.
d. Click on Compact and repair.
e. Select your Database.
f. Click on Repair.
g. Restart Access.

Method 2

c. Select your MDB access file.
