Hello, I have been trying to access certain applications on my PC but I am unable to open them. I am getting the following error.

1. If you have restore point defined already, its best to restore to the Last working condition

2. You can use the System Restore application present on your system to restore by following the system restore wizard

3. If you had recently installed any Microsoft application, try to uninstall the application as it might be causing the issue.

5. Click on check for update and install the update

6. Once completed, reboot your PC
