Why do I get the error “file format is invalid or unsupported PowerISO” every time? Can anyone explain the reason behind this error? How to fix this error?

It occurs because you are trying to open a file in software which does not support that type of extension. For example: If you try to open an image file(.jpg, .png extension) into Adobe Reader then it will occur this error telling “File format is Unsupported.”

Mostly it occurs while selecting wrong files.
