I am trying to connect my PC to a printer in our network, but I am getting 0x0000001f error. I am unable to find any solution. I cannot find any printer driver in my Device Manager or the Control Panel. Please help me!

How To Fix 0x0000001f Error In Windows 10?

To fix 0x0000001f error –

a. Press Windows + R, and type regedit.

b. Navigate to:

HKLM\system\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version 3

Delete all the keys here!

c. Find %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\

Delete all the files and folders here.

d. Go to %systemroot%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\

Delete all the files and folders here.

e. Go to %systemroot%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\

Delete all the files and folders here.

f. Restart your computer and connect your printer.

If these steps do not work, you need to check if any updates were made in the printer queue and contact network administrator.
