I am a frequent Gmail user. Many times I have to send back people similar kind of replies. Is it possible to create templates in Gmail? If yes, then kindly state the steps.

How To Create Templates In Gmail

Since Gmail is for both commercial and personal use, therefore it is laden with features that ease the usage for both types. So, the answer is yes. Gmail’s Canned Responses features enable us to create customized templates. Here are the steps:

1) Open Google Chrome.

2) Open your Gmail account.

3) Click on the Settings Icon in the top right-hand side corner.

4) Out of the dropdown list, select Settings.

5) Move to the Advanced tab.

6) Enable Canned Responses (Templates).

After this, you can create self-made templates using Compose toolbar. You can also automatically send templated responses using filters.
