You can use EMC if you wish to perform the public folder replication. Just perform these steps for doing so:

  1. First, in the console tree, click Toolbox.
  2. Then, in the resulting pane, just click Public Folder Management Console.
  3. Next, move to the action pane, click Open Tool.
  4. Then, in the public folder tree that appears, expand Default Public Folders, and choose the parent public folder of the folder that you wish to configure.
  5. In the pane that appears, select the folder for which you want to perform the replication.
  6. Then, in the action pane, just click Properties.
  7. In Properties of the Public Folder, click the Replication tab.

  1. Now, to add a folder database to the given list of replicas, click Add.
  2. In the Select Public Folder Database, just select the folder database on which you want to replicate the public folder, and click OK.
  3. Next, to make a customized schedule, click Customize.
  4. Now, to setup the schedule, just click the time grid in your Schedule dialog box. Then, the public folder replication will run while you specify the time slots.
  5. Click OK and then save your changes.

After you have finished all the steps, your folder must have a new replica.
