Hi Charles,

I have read your inquiries and I understand that you are having a problem with regards to the setting of your reminders in Microsoft Office Outlook. There is a variety of ways to set the reminder setting of your Outlook depending on its version. I believe that you are using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Here are helpful ways for you.

1.       Turn your computer. In your desktop, start Microsoft Office Outlook.

2.       Go to the Tools Menu and select Options.

3.       Click Other and choose Advanced Options then select Reminder options.

4.       Select Display the Reminder check box and click “OK”.

Note: You can use your own sound file if you decide to turn on your reminder sound. You just have to browse the file source for that matter. On the other hand, if you want to get rid of the reminder sounds do not select the box.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you for reading.

Hi Charles,

When is the next element, such as a task or calendar appointment, remind you, Microsoft Outlook 2007 is required, it will be shown as a reminder and plays a sound to notify you.

If you want, you can disable this if you do not have to be boring, or you can change the sound of your choice.

1. After starting Outlook 2007 point on “Tools” menu and here you find options click on that
2. The Options multi-tabbed dialog box appears. Click the “Other tab”.
3. Click the Advanced Options button.
4. The Advanced Options dialog box appears. Click the Reminder Options button near the bottom of the dialog box.
5. The "Reminder Options" dialog box open.
6. Now you have to Check or uncheck the Play reminder sound button as desired. If you uncheck then it will disable the reminder sound.
7. Now you can finish by clicking  "OK” on the dialog boxes to close them.

Try thisit will work.

Thanks
