Hello experts,

How to save a file on png for Mac? I am using adobe Photoshop and trying to save the file with a png form but how will I be able to do that, there is no .png file format in the selection? Give me some ways to get this done properly, I need to render a png file and not a jpg one.

Hi Brenda,

You can convert your .JPEG file .png file using preview on your Mac. Following are the steps provided:

1. Open the file using “Preview”. If you happen to save the file on your desktop, right click your mouse then select “Open With” and select”Preview”.

Open the file using “Preview”

Click "File" and select " Save as".

SaveAS

Select “format” using the drop down menu and select PNG.

Select “format” using the drop down menu and select PNG

Click "Save".
