How to save a directive on MS Outlook

Hi,

Please advice on the correct steps and directions to save MS Outlook directive. I arranged and configured 3 rules and I wish to get another one to be constructed in my computer and then save it.

However, when I was trying to save my configuration, there was an error display that saying “you don’t have enough space to save the document”. I checked and even erased 100 messages in my mailbox but there was no change.  Why did this happen? Are there some measures to do it right?

I had the same problem like you long ago, I must say, I had a tough time figuring out the real problem with this. I tried deleting messages like you, but it did not help me out. The only thing that happened was that I lost a ton of my important messages. This is due to a certain type of virus. So I saved my remaining important messages in a safe drive which I did not partition and then had my whole system reinstalled.

Then the problem no longer persisted. If your problem still persists you will need to reinstall your system again and then check. Also have an anti-virus software installed.
