How to rest the counter levels in Epson 660

I have a printer that has the what counter reading 100% and this has halted all operations at this machine, I have tried to unplug and the problem still persist. I checked this online and saw that the EPROM memory needs to be reset, I have no idea how to go about this and How long it will take. Is there a local software that I can use
