Backup your files and folders if you don’t want to lose them as resetting your laptop to factory setting erases all your files and folders. Now at first turn off your computer and press F8 many times when you see the Dell logo on the screen to open the Advance Boot Option menu then choose the Repair Your Computer option and click Enter. Select a keyword layout from System Recovery Option menu and click NEXT.
Log in as administrator or local user. You have to select Dell Factory Tools depending on your laptop configuration and then Select Dell Factory Image Restore and click NEXT and a confirm data deletion menu will appear select the check box and click NEXT.
After your laptop is reset to factory setting, click FINISH to restart your computer.
