How To Remove Duplicate Songs In Windows Media Player
Hi. To learn how to remove duplicate songs in Windows media player, first, open the software and add a folder to it. A scan will be performed so as to identify if there are duplicate files present. Next, select the scan category as audio compare and adjust the value for similarity to about 70 per cent. Next, select the option of the new cache from the drop-down list appearing. Then, after all, the values have been set select the button to start the scan. After the scan gets over, the files will be arranged in different numbers based on certain criteria such as bit rate, file size, etc.
The files can be removed by selecting the move checked files or select checked files option. In Mac, first, download the software named Gemini2 and install it. After the installation is over, start the program, and a scan will be performed on the Mac so as to find out all the duplicate files on the location which has been specified by the user. The duplicate files will be shown as a result, and these can be removed by selecting them and clicking on remove the selected files option. From the files which have been selected for removal, check the files and then select the remove option.
Hope we helped.
