This is pretty easy and fast to do. First, open your Adobe Acrobat. After opening, find your PDF and open your file. Then, go to options and choose “Advanced” tab. Go to Print Production. A subtab will appear, choose PDF optimizer.

From there, you can resize your file to whatever size you want to. Remember to save your file after editing it.

Hello Curtis,

It is not difficult to resize a file. All you need to do is to follow the steps below.

  1. Open the PDF  in your  Adobe Reader
  2. Access Advanced   >> Print Production >>> PDF Optimizer.
  3. PDF Optimizer link opens a new window where you can change the file settings and save.

You can also follow a shortcut to directly reduce the file size. i.e.

  1. Open PDF File in Adobe Reader
  2. Go to Document >>> Reduce File Size (This works in Adobe Acrobat 8)
