How to place commas in graphs?

I am searching for a help to put points in the place of commas in graphs that is needed in the translation of scientific matter into English.

I have already changed the language settings of windows and tried to change the variable type to comma, but nothing works.

The graphs still show commas in its aces.

Can anyone help me with this?

How to place commas in graphs?

Hi Milk Jagger,

To put a commas in your graph, you must try to do the following.

 First you have to choose the B7 in the cells up to C10 in the excel format.  

Second, Try opening the Format cells in the discussion box by Selecting the Format in the Cells of the menu.

Third, after opening the discussion box, Hit on the number tab ( circled in the red image below).

Fourth, Look for the category Window and choose NUMBER. You have to be sure that you have checked the 1000 Separator case.  Then, you have to replace the amount of decimal places to two (2).

After doing those, You have to click OK where in you can find it below the Format cells in the dialogue case.
