Hi techyv,

How to perform some blue screen debug? While playing some games such as Plants vs Zombies, puzzle bubble and more the game crashes and gives me a blue screen. How to debug or resolve this kind of problem? What is the main cause of this problem so that I can do something to prevent it? I am using Windows 7 starter operating system.

Hoping for your help. Thanks.

Hi Amanda,

The first thing you should do is to uninstall the games you just installed. And if it doesn't work, try to check the memory and clean it well with a smooth and clean cloth. And lastly, try to scan your hard disk with your anti virus.

Hope it helps.

Hi Amanda,

Blue screen errors are generally there because of some recent hardware changes that you made to your computer that didn't suited your computer.

What you need to do is to undo the hardware changes you made, and this should solve your problem.

Alternatively, I'd recommend you to restore your system to an earlier state. You can do this by going to Control Panel -> System Restore. Select a state when your computer was free of the blue screen error, and restore your computer. This should solve your problem.

Such blue screen errors are often referred as BSOD or Blue Screen Of Death.

Hope this helps!
