In order to copy a video from your Personal Computer (PC) to Lumia 900, you can use the Zune PC app.  You can download it from the internet and install it to your computer.  Once you've done this, you can connect your phone to your PC with the data cable.  Click on Zune PC app to open it, and then go to collection to find the video you want to transfer to your phone.  After the transfer, you can now open the video in your Lumia 900 phone.

If you want to transfer your files without the use of the data cable, you can connect your PC to your Lumia 900 via Bluetooth.  Make sure that your PC is Bluetooth ready.  Once you’ve sync your PC and Lumia 900 through Bluetooth, click on Zune PC app.  Go to collection in order to find the video file you want then sync it to your phone. After the transfer, you can watch your video on your Lumia 900 cell phone.

Hello Carol! In what video format were the videos that gave that error message? The Nokia Lumia 900 does not support all types of video format. Please try to check what video format you transferred to your phone. The formats that the Lumia 900 can support are:   H.264 @30fps, MPEG-4 ASP, 3GP, .3GP2, .MP4, .M4v, and .MBR, .WMV (Windows Media Video 9 and VC-1). If you have a windows computer, here is how you can check what file type/video formats your files have. Right-click on the video file and click on properties. The file property window should come up. Look for what it says for the file type. If the file type is not on the list mentioned earlier, then you would need a converter to convert the file to a format supported by the Lumia 900. Similarly, not all audio formats are supported by the Lumia 900. These are the file types that it supports .m4a, .m4b, .mp3, .wma (Windows Media Audio 9), AAC/AAC+/EAAC+, AMR-NB, AMR-WB
