Does anyone know how many pin connector will the iPhone 5 have. I was wondering if I will be able to use any of my old hardware.

How many pin connectors will the IPhone 5 have

Dear User,

Unfortunately the iPhone 5 will come with the new 19 pin connector instead of the current standard 30 pin connector. It looks like they may be deciding to use that for all of their mobile devices. The rumored iPad mini is said to have the infamous 19 pin connector as well. So when you get your new phone, gear up to buy all new accessories for it.

How many pin connectors will the IPhone 5 have

Dear User,

There are many rumors about this, first we were expected to drop the traditional 30-pin dock connector in favor of a new 19-pin design.

Then with reference to the iOS 6 beta, they have dropped it to 9 pin connector.

But however this is an image shown in French website on the iPhone 5 facing its connector. Take a look at it.
