I am venturing on programming Tetris game. I need help on how tetris bot made with auto it. I need to know how to make a bot that knows where the blocks are located and to identify the movements of the blocks. Can anybody shed some light for Me?

If you haven’t tried making a game bot before then I would suggest making a simple one like the example in this site https://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/autoit/403140-tutorial-how-make-bot.html making bot is a complex process, you need to consider few things first before you venture out into programming one, what platform is the game created?, figure out how the game AI actually works on?, and from their formulate an algorithm, beginning with simple bot is a good step.
