How to make msSQL kill running processes without reloading?

How can mssql kill running processes without making the restarting of MySQL server? That necessary restarting are much annoying especially when I need to do it several times during the day and it takes much time of my work. Is there any software or program, or may be command?

Hi Robert,

This is the problem which I face almost everyday doing my work, there are many services which I need to restart in order for my data to reflect. So I basically make batch file for restarting this help me restart on a click and not to navigate through to find the service and restart.
