Hi. To learn how to make a brochure on PowerPoint, first open MS-PowerPoint. Then, select the objects on the slide and click on the delete button. Next, click on the insert option and select on shapes. Then, either select the shape of the rectangle or draw it using the mouse cursor by dragging it. To change the rectangle’s appearance, click on the format button. You can also fill colors in the shape or give them an outline. Enter the width and length of the rectangle and click on enter. Drag the rectangle while pressing shift and control key to create a copy of the rectangle.

Paste it just below the original copy of the rectangle. Come back to the first slide. Select the insert option by clicking on which, pictures can be added. Adjust them within the rectangle. Pictures can be places as well along with text in the text boxes. After all the designing has been done, save it and then click on file following which select the print option.
